1. order cancellations

Once an order is placed, it is automatically processed by our logistics partners. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled or modified after purchase.

2. returns

“BarkRipple™ does not require physical returns. Instead, we offer compensation in the form of a discount voucher.”

3. refunds

Full refunds are only granted in serious cases, including products received broken, damaged, or defective, or packages lost or stolen during delivery. In these situations, BarkRipple™ will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

4. exchanges

BarkRipple™ does not offer product exchanges under any circumstances. If you wish to receive a different product, you must place a new order separately.

5. how to request a refund or discount

To request a refund or discount voucher, customers must contact our Customer Care team by email at info@barkripple.com or via our Contact Page . Please include your order number and, in case of damaged or defective items, photographic evidence.

6. processing time

Discount vouchers are processed and issued within 1–5 business days after approval. These vouchers represent a 40% discount on the full order amount, and they are valid for 7 days only from the date of issue. Full refunds, granted only in serious cases such as damaged, defective, lost, or stolen orders, are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Shipping fees paid at checkout (for orders below 150 USD) are non-refundable. Discount vouchers issued as compensation represent a 40% discount on the full order amount, are valid for 7 days only from the date of issue, and must be redeemed within this timeframe. Physical product returns are not required under any circumstance. BarkRipple™ does not offer product exchanges.
