When will I receive my order confirmation?

Right after completing your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all details.

I haven’t received my confirmation email, what should I do?

Please check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, reach out to us at info@barkripple.com  .

Can I cancel my order after purchase?

No. Once an order is confirmed, it is automatically processed by our logistics partners and cannot be canceled or modified.

What are your shipping fees?

Standard shipping costs 4.99 USD for orders below 150 USD.
For orders above 150 USD, shipping is free.

How long does delivery take?

Processing time: 24–48h.

Delivery time: 4–8 business days depending on destination.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, BarkRipple ships worldwide. Shipping fees and times are displayed at checkout.

How can I track my order?

You can track your delivery anytime via our Tracking Page using your order number and email.

Can I pay in installments?

No, installment payments are not available at the moment.

BarkRipple™ does not require physical returns. Instead, we provide a quick and hassle-free resolution. For standard cases such as dissatisfaction, change of mind, or delivery delays, we offer a 40% discount voucher for your next order.

When do you offer full refunds?

Full refunds are only granted in serious cases, including:
– Products received broken, damaged, or defective.
– Packages lost or stolen during delivery.
In these situations, BarkRipple™ will issue a 100% refund to the original payment method.

Do I need to return the product to get a refund or discount?

No. You are not required to send items back. BarkRipple™ aims to keep the process quick and simple for our customers.

Do you offer exchanges?

No. BarkRipple does not offer product exchanges under any circumstances.
